Dances with the Stars
Dances with the Stars, presented by the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce, is a community fundraising competition where local leaders pair with professional dancers and raise funds for the nonprofit of their choice.
Each dance team selects a nonprofit to represent — and the winner is determined by total dollars raised.
Kyle Fitzgerald and Elissa Meadows are dancing on behalf of Centrally Rooted in 2026. Every dollar raised through the events below and through direct donations supports Centrally Rooted — and brings our team closer to winning.
How Does It Work
• Community leaders are paired with dance professionals
• Each team selects a nonprofit organization
• Funds are raised leading up to the main event
• The team that raises the most money wins
The final dance performance takes place May 2, but fundraising happens now.
